The Encompass Persona-Based Training: Getting Started course is a high-level overview in the basic functionality of Encompass. This 60-minute course includes learner interactions, knowledge checks, and video demonstrations to guide Encompass users who are new to the software or for those wanting to refresh their skills.

By the end of this course, you should be able to navigate through Encompass, use Encompass resources and keyboard shortcuts, manage your Pipeline and borrowers in your loan, work efficiently within the Milestone worksheet and eFolder, and understand how alerts and messages work within the Encompass Home page, Pipeline views, and loans.

Users who previously attended the Persona-Based Training ILOC series may find this class as an appropriate refresher.
