This course covers the basic origination workflow in Encompass. This 90-minute course includes learner interactions, knowledge checks, and video demonstrations. After you have finished this course, you should have a clear understanding of how to perform essential origination tasks in Encompass. Essential to this course is your basic understanding of loan origination.
Topics include navigating Encompass functionality in Forms, Tools, and Services, efficiently completing the loan application, ordering credit and other services, understanding required fields and other milestone components, requesting eConsent, preparing/generating/sending the initial disclosure package, and pricing and floating/locking a loan, preparing and redisclosing a changed circumstance, working with Documents and the File Manager in the eFolder, and communicating with other loan team members through the loan.
