Topics in this course include working with underwriting forms, tools, and services, validating loan data, documenting a loan decision, communicating with other loan team members through the loan, creating/clearing underwriting conditions, using the Document Manager, suspending or denying a loan in Encompass, and typical functions performed during the loan approval process.
