This is a Broker course that is comprised of 5 sessions.

Session 1: Intro to Encompass & Company/User Setup. This session is approximately 2 hours and designed to the take you through the steps of setting up basic information related to the company hierarchy, users, permissions and basic loan setup for Brokers.

Session 2: Loan Setup Part 2. This session is approximately 2 hours and is designed to take you through the more advanced steps of loan setup, including the setup of the eFolder.

Session 3: Tables and Fee/ Contact Setup. This session is approximately 2 hours and is designed to take you through setting up contacts, tables and fees, and business rules.

Session 4: Loan Templates. This session is approximately 2 hours and is designed to take you through the steps of setting up loan templates for loan programs, input form sets, service providers, tasks and data.

Session 5: System Administration. This session is approximately 2 hours. This session takes you through setting up Additional Services, System Administration and Admin Tools.
