Payments are by credit card only.<\/p>\r\n<p>We reserve the right to review registrations, refuse attendance and cancel a registration, in which case, registration fees would be refunded.<\/p>\r\n<p>All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing training-mortgagetech@ice.com See refund policy below.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Refund policy:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>A refund of NYSE Innovation Road Show registration fee paid by you, will be distributed for cancellations submitted through August 1, 2025. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any refunds to be reflected in your credit card account. Refunds will not be made for cancellations submitted after August 1, 2025.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>No show:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>If your registration is not cancelled prior to the refund deadline or an attendee replacement change occurs, it may result in a &ldquo;no show&rdquo; status. No shows cannot be transferred to future ICE Mortgage Technology&reg; conferences or training events and will result in an unused registration with no refunds.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Attendee substitution:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Registration transfer requests should be emailed to training-mortgagetech@ice.com by August 7, 2025. Please include the names and email addresses of the original and substitute registrants in your substitution request.<\/p>\r\n<p>By registering for ICE NYSE Innovation Road Show 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\r\n<p>ICE NYSE Innovation Road Show is only open to business professionals who are current clients of ICE MT. ICE may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission and reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the training. While we endeavor to deliver the training as published, ICE MT reserves the right to make any changes it deems fit to the program.<\/p>\r\n<p>ICE MT and its agents reserve the right to photograph and video record you at ICE NYSE Innovation Roadshow for use in ICE MT promotional materials.<\/p>\r\n<p>Accordingly, you waive any approval rights and grant ICE MT a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish and distribute your likeness in any such photographs or videos.<\/p>\r\n<p>ICE MT reserves the right to publish attendee name, title, company, and address for use in attendee lists provided to attendees and Exhibitors or Sponsors.<\/p>\r\n<p>ICE MT assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any event participant while traveling to or from this conference. In no event will the total liability of ICE MT arising out of your attendance at the training exceed the cost of the registration fee.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Recording and video policy:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Sessions may be audio recorded upon written permission from ICE MT, but only for personal use. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without additional written permission from ICE MT. Approved session recordings cannot be placed online or transmitted to others. Approved short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of sessions. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used.
